SWLA Ear Nose and Throat & Allergy Clinic

An Oklahoma City native, Dr. Sprehe was awarded a Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma Medical Scholarship, and earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Oklahoma. After completing two years of a general surgery residency at UCLA, Dr. Sprehe then completed four years of ENT/head and neck surgery at Washington University/Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.  There he was honored with an award for Outstanding Contributions to Resident Teaching by the faculty of the department.  Dr. Sprehe is board certified in otolaryngology, and board certified within his specialty for allergy. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  Immediately prior to joining Memorial Medical Group, Dr. Sprehe was the only ENT surgeon in 35,000 square miles of the Mississippi Delta, seeing as many as 475 patients in clinic, and performing over 100 surgeries a month. He is active on national committees, and is an examiner for oral boards, as well as an Advocate for Marriage Tribunal, of the Roman Catholic Church. With 25 years of experience, Dr. Sprehe provides comprehensive care for all ages in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the ear, nose and throat. His office will also provide full allergy services, including inhalant and food testing for asthma, headaches and skin conditions.
